last week, i emailed Brian from Pneuma Books. same place that my friend Jane works. i had met the bosses/creative directors at the end of semester show at college, and i showed them my stuff. i am more of a painter than a designer, but the princibles are the same. but my job to fill is " to manage incoming requests and then use a template to create the estimate for email" plus any coffee runs.... or any creative input if needed. for 8 bucks an hour to start. then after a year, it'll be 9 dollars. it'll lose a quarter per hour to start, but after a year, i'll be making more than i would be at martins. depending on how many hours a week i can get there, i'll dropkick martins in the face.

and next semester, i can probably get some internship credit with working in the publishing industry. >=} excellent.

i'll post a sketch tonight if my hand isn't a balloon.

yes.

today... i finished off my car payments. and my tags came in to day as well. excellent.
things are coming together. school starts... in less than two weeks. it'll be a fun semester. just one hard class to take. finally getting my head out of my ass

i am getting back into drawing... which i have been slacking off majorly lately. i never draw as much as i should... it's my catchphrase, i swear. been more worried about playing DDR and ITG than anything else. hopefully by this time next year, i'll be working on getting myself a place to live. that is my next big goal. next thing to look to. things are looking pretty good so far.

and it is great being able to relate to other people. in more than just interests. in experiences.
